Common questions
What does the free tier include?
Everything. You get the full 7-step clinical wizard, microbiology with S/I/R panels, HAI tracking, custom fields, CSV and PDF export, and AI viva questions — capped at 20 cases. The 20-case limit is the only difference from paid tiers.
Why does Year 1 cost the most?
Because that's the year you're building the logging habit. The price is intentionally meaningful so that you take the commitment seriously. By Year 2, you've already built the muscle memory — the half-price renewal reflects that. By Year 3+, logging is just a part of how you work, and the price drops to a fraction.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), credit cards, debit cards, and netbanking — through Razorpay, India's largest regulated payment processor. International cards are accepted for users outside India.
Can I switch from Resident annual to Lifetime?
Yes. Email hello@logora.in with your account email and we will credit the remainder of your current period against the Lifetime price.
Is there a student or institutional discount?
The Intern plan at ₹199/year is already our student discount. For institutional licensing (whole departments, residency programmes, or training hospitals), email hello@logora.in and we will work out a custom plan.
What happens to my data if I don't renew?
Your data is retained. You can still access existing cases in read-only mode and export them anytime. New case creation is paused until you renew or switch to a different plan. You will never lose your existing data because of a missed renewal.
Are refunds available?
No, because the 20-case free tier exists for you to evaluate the product before paying. Full details in our Refund Policy. We do honour narrow exceptions for duplicate payments, processing errors, and fraud.
How is GST handled?
Logora is currently below the ₹20 lakh GST threshold, so prices shown do not include GST. Once we cross the threshold, GST will be added at checkout in accordance with Indian tax law.
Can I get a tax invoice?
Yes. Every payment generates a tax invoice automatically, available in your Logora account under Settings → Billing once paid plans are live. Email hello@logora.in if you need a custom invoice format (e.g., for institutional reimbursement).
